conducts public hearings on the Code of Conduct for all licences

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa will be conducting
hearings on the Code of Conduct to be adhered to by all the licencees in the
broadcasting, telecommunications and postal sectors. The hearings follow the
publication of the draft regulations in June 2007 in which the Authority
invited interested parties to submit written comments.
The Authority received submissions and will conduct the hearings as
follows:
