North West MEC for Public Works, honourable Howard Yawa, is to officially
open the newly constructed regional office of the Department of Public Works in
Bojanala region on Tuesday, 25 April 2006.
The R6,1 million regional office located on Zendeling Street in the Old
Industrial area of Rustenburg, services the Ga-Rankuwa, Temba, Brits and
Madikwe, Mankwe/Mogwase and Rustenburg districts, which constitute the Bojanala
region.
The Department will also use the occasion to award certificates to Expanded
Public Works Programme (EPWP) beneficiaries and employees in the Bojanala
Region who have rendered 20 to 30 years service to the Department.
Members of the media are invited to cover the event, which is scheduled to
commence at 10h00.
