The North West MEC for Developmental Local Government and Housing, Howard
Yawa, accompanied by the Executive Mayor of the City of Matlosana, Councillor
China Dodovu, will this morning Friday, 3 April 2009 at 9h00 launch a R98,3
million housing development project in Jouberton.
Later in the day, MEC Yawa and Executive Mayor Dodovu will hand over houses
built by Masizakhe People's Housing Process (PHP) Project to beneficiaries.

The event is part of the Masizakhe Women's Group's 10 years anniversary
celebrations. The North West Department of Developmental Local Government and
Housing has awarded the group the Best Performing Women in Housing Award during
the 2008 Provincial Govan Mbeki Inaugural Housing Awards.
