Radio discussion on matters around the issuing of title deeds and the
management of tenant and landlord relationships under Assets Disposal and
Regulation Directorate (ADARDI) will be aired on Thobela FM, Lesedi FM,
Motsweding FM and Ukhozi FM, today, 29 April 2009.
In the discussions, the department will highlight on how many houses have
been transferred between 2004 and 2009 and also demonstrate home ownership is
part of fast tracking housing delivery in the province. Provide guidelines on
family disputes and where the disputes can be lodged.
Title deeds initiative is part of the Housing Department to facilitate the
transfer of public housing stock to long term qualifying beneficiaries.
