Programme. The launch will be addressed by Gauteng MEC for Local Government,
Qedani Mahlangu, who will outline the planned Women's Month activities and MEC
for Sport, Arts, Culture and Recreation, Barbara Creecy, who will expand on the
plans to commemorate national Women's Day on 9 August.
