milestone in Nokeng Tsa Taemene

Gauteng Local Government MEC Qedani Dorothy Mahlangu together with Nokeng
Tsa Taemane Local Municipality Executive Mayor Anna Dikgoro will on Wednesday
18 March 2009 lead a walk about in Onverwacht in Nokeng Tsa Taemane to
celebrate the achievement of the water target in the area and the province.
The Gauteng government together with its municipalities have successfully
achieved the water targets as outlined in the United Nations (UN) millennium
development goals of providing access to clean and drinkable water to all
residents.
