Free veterinary services for the community of Sebokeng

The Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Environment will be offering
free veterinary services such as deworming, vaccination and sterilisation, to
the community of zone 7 and 8 in Sebokeng.

The community of zone 11, 12, 13, 14 and Polokong 3 in Sebokeng have for the
past three weeks benefited from this free veterinary service. More than eight
hundred domestic animals have been treated for various diseases.

The great demand for these services has influenced the department to
continue working towards minimising the spread of pet related diseases. The
Vaal area will be benefiting from these free services for the next four
months.
