Public Service and Administration Minister, Geraldine Fraser-Moleketi is to
host the annual Senior Management Service Conference which has as its theme for
this year, 'Performance and leadership development management in the 21st
century: Best practice and implication for service delivery improvement.'
Minister Fraser-Moleketi will deliver the keynote address at the opening of
the conference.
Issues to be addressed at the conference amongst others include the key
challenges and elements of the Single Public Service Initiative and its impact
on leadership.
Stemming from a resolution of the recent Gender Mainstreaming Workshop
attended by directors-general, the Women in Leadership Forum will be
established.
