Ms Geraldine Fraser-Moleketi, Public Service and Administration Minister,
will deliver the keynote address at the Biennial Labour Relations Conference on
Monday, 26 March 2007.
The conference, hosted by the Public Service Commission (PSC) and the Public
Service Co-ordinating Bargaining Council (PSCBC), will provide a platform to
discuss issues around the evolution of collective bargaining and social
dialogue.
The key focus areas for the conference include:
* the strategic positioning of human resource management to support the
promotion of sound labour relations
* building integrity amongst employees in understanding the effects of
corruption on growth and development
* a reflection on job creation and unemployment.
