F Chikane to address Diplomatic Corps on Southern African Development

Reverend Frank Chikane will today, Wednesday, 28 January 2009, address
members of the Diplomatic Corps on SADC agreement regarding Zimbabwe, at the
Presidential guesthouse in Tshwane.
