South Coast rock lobster quantum model

An administrative error was made when compiling the South Coast Rock Lobster
quantum model. The 2005 allocations of PJ Oliphant and Associates Close
Corporation (CC) and Phambili Fisheries (Pty) Ltd were switched around.
This has now been corrected, and the final allocation to PJ Oliphant and
Associates CC has been increased from 7 758 kg to 8 819 kg, while the
allocation to Phambili Fisheries (Pty) Ltd has been reduced from 7 503 kg
to 6 452 kg. This change has resulted in inconsequential changes to the
final allocations of the other applicants in the sector.
The revised quantum model can be found on the website of the Department of
