Meals will be available to media representatives in the centre free of
charge.
Media organisations with more than one representative at the centre at meal
times should fill in the schedule on behalf of all their staff rather than
individuals sending in their individual requirements. However, media
representatives who are the sole representative of their organisation should of
course send through their requirements.
It will be appreciated if the information would be forwarded to Lydia Young
at youngl@elections.org.za as a
matter of urgency but not later than 24 hours ahead of the first meal
required.
Meal times are:
Breakfast: 07h00 to 09h00
Lunch: 12h00 to 14h00
Dinner: 17h00 to 21h30
Midnight snack: 24h00 to 02h00
