The Department of Roads and Transport cordially invites you to the launch of
an empowerment programme for the disabled bus and taxi accidents and violence
victims to be held at Skenjana Roji Hall in Bhisho on 6 March 2007 at
10h00.
The purpose of the programme is to empower victims with skills to sustain
themselves with a particular focus on tyre repairs, welding and seat
repairs.
Members of the media are invited to this function.
