The Department of Local Government and Traditional Affairs (DLGTA) will be
hosting the provincial Integrated Sustainable Rural Development Programme
(ISRDP)/ Urban Renewal Programme (URP) Inter-Departmental Task Team (IDTT) at
Osner Hotel, East London on February 18-19, 2009.
The objectives of the workshop / meeting are:
* to assess whether there was any integrated implementation of service
delivery
* to start the process of documenting lessons learnt during implementation for
intensification and roll out the approach
* to determine whether the programmes had fast tracked service delivery in the
node.
