Independent Communication Authority of South Africa conducts an
inquiry on the end-user and subscriber service charter regulations

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa hereby invites
written comments from interested persons and organisations on the review of the
Regulations setting out the minimum standards for the end-user and subscriber
service charter.

The comments are meant to assist the authority in deciding if the said
regulations should be amended or repealed and, if so, replaced.

Persons or organisations who wish to make any representation or submit any
relevant documents must also indicate whether they would like to make oral
presentations at a hearing. The representation or submissions should be
submitted within 60 days counting from 19 January 2009.
