C Dowry to be honoured by Management of Electricity Supply Commission
(Escom) for energy saving, 27 Feb

On Friday, 27 February 2009, at 10h00 the Management of Electricity Supply
Commission (Escom) will honour the MEC for Agriculture in the Western Cape,
Cobus Dowry for his personal effort and commitment to energy saving within the
agricultural sector and in rural areas of the Western Cape.
