Gauteng Health MEC Brian Hlongwa will deliver a keynote address at the
Midwifery Obstetric, Neonatal and Child Health Services Conference tomorrow, 1
August 2007.
More than 300 delegates including midwifes, obstetricians, nursing
educators, paediatricians, academics and emergency services representatives are
expected to attend.
The purpose of this two-day conference is to exchange knowledge about best
practices in maternal and neonatal care with a view to improve effective and
quality midwifery and obstetric services at public health institutions.
