I-CACH isiza abafundi abangakhange bathole indawo yokufunda emayunivesithi namkha emakholiji ebebafake kiwo iimbawo zokuyokufunda khona, ukuthi bakghone ukuthola indawo yokufunda kamanye amayunivesithi namkha amakholiji.                                                                                                                                  

Nayibe ufuna ukuyokufunda ezikweni lezefundo ephakemeko, thumela msinyana isibawo sakho sokufunda kilawo mayunivesithi namkha amakholiji ongathanda ukuyokufunda kiwo nakuvulelwa iimbawo zokufunda.                                                                                                                                                                                

I-CACH izakuthumela amayunivesithi, emakholiji ama-TVET namaziko wekoro yefundo nokuthwasisa (ama-SETA) imininingwana yomfundi ngamunye ongafunda kiwo kobanyana azobaqalelela ukubafaka emahlelweni wokufundiselwa umsebenzi. La kunendawo khona, begodu nayibe nawe unazo iimfanelo ezifunekako, amaziko wezefundo la azakuthintana nawe kobanyana azokunikela ithuba lokufundela umsebenzi.                                                                                                                                        

Amayunivesithi namakholiji awasavumi ukuthi abafundi baziyele mathupha emayunivesithi bayokwenza iimbawo zokufunda.
