Women, Youth and Persons with Disabilities on media accreditation for 16 Days of Activism for No Violence against Women and Children

The Department of Women, Youth and Persons with Disabilities will officially  open 16 Days of Activism for No Violence against Women and Children (16 Days Campaign) 2019 under the theme – Enough is Enough: 365 days to end Gender-Based Violence and Femicide (GBVF).

The opening event of the 16 Days of Activism Campaign will take place on 25 November 2019, in Lephalale Local Municipality, Waterberg District, Limpopo Province.

Government encourages the participation of all South Africans in ending Gender-Based Violence and Femicide.

Members of the media are invited to apply for accreditation to cover the 16 Days of Activism Campaign. Media applying for accreditation are required to complete the attached registration form in full and send it to Takalani Mukwevho on takalanim@gcis.gov.za  or Ishmael Selemale on Ishmael@gcis.gov.za  

The deadline for the submission of accreditation details is Friday, 22 November 2019 at 16h00.
