Treasury hosts media workshop on 2019 Budget Speech, 19 Feb

As part of equipping journalists with information to help them with their reporting of the Budget and related issues, Treasury will host a media workshop on 19 February 2019. Details of what will be presented at the workshop will follow in due course. 
 
Journalists are reminded that senior officials who will address the workshop are not to be quoted in any articles, although the information they share at the workshop may be used as background information when journalists write their stories in future. 
 
Details of the workshop are as follows:

Venue: Imbizo Media Centre, Parliament (with a video link to GCIS Hatfield)  
Time: 14h00 to 15h30 
 
Again, please note that this is not an opportunity for interviews nor is it a briefing on what will be presented in the Budget the following day.
