We refer to the judgement by the High Court of South Africa (Gauteng Division Pretoria), case number 78587/2018, delivered by Judge Tlhapi in the matter between Mamphe Daniel Msiza (Applicant), Advocate Terry Motau SC (N.O.) (First Respondent) and the Prudential Authority (Second Respondent).
The Prudential Authority considered the judgement and, following the Senior Counsel’s advice that there are good grounds to appeal the judgement, will proceed to file an application for leave to appeal. The Prudential Authority's grounds for appeal will be fully
addressed in the application for leave to appeal.
