Deputy Minister Buti Manamela delivers keynote address at Unisa’s Research And Innovation Awards Ceremony, 8 Mar

The Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Training, Buti Manamela will deliver a keynote address at UNISA’s Research and Innovation Awards Ceremony, Menlyn Maine in Pretoria.

Taking place under the theme Open Distance e-Learning (ODeL) in the Global South: Documenting the African Experience, the awards ceremony seeks to celebrate the achievements of academics at UNISA. It also takes place as part of the Research and Innovation Week 2019.

As a proponent of ODeL, the Deputy Minister will focus his keynote address on the importance of research in the field.
