Parliament continues public hearings on amending Constitution of land expropriation

Committee on Amending Constitution to continue with public hearings

The Ad Hoc Committee to Initiate and Introduce Legislation Amending Section 25 of the Constitution in order to allow for the expropriation of land without compensation will later this week continue with public hearings. The public hearings will move to KwaZulu-Natal and the North West.
