Premier Lubabalo Oscar Mabuyane welcomes the announcement by President Matamela Ramaphosa to authorize the SIU to investigate allegations of wrong doing and corruption in the public service.
Premier Mabuyane believes that this authorization will allow the SIU to look into allegations of wrong doing and corruption quickly and based on the evidence, the SIU will be able to recommend cases for prosecution.
Premier Mabuyane calls on the people of the Eastern Cape province who might know of information about wrong doing and corruption to use this opportunity to report to the SIU so that those involved in such wrong doing and corruption can be prosecuted.
