In a commendable effort to inspect ongoing upgrades of water infrastructure, the Minister of Water and Sanitation Mr Senzo Mchunu together with his Deputies David Mahlobo and Dikeledi Magadzi will be on site visits to both Berg River and Clanwilliam Dams respectively. Minister Mchunu and his delegation are currently on a three-day ministerial working session in Stellenbosch in Western Cape.
During the site visits, the Minister and his deputies will engage project managers, provincial Department of Water and Sanitation and other stakeholders with a view of establishing any that have the potential to hinder the progress and completion of the projects.
The Minister and his delegation will endeavour to conceive ideas that are meant to fast track the completion of the above-mentioned projects.
