Minister Mapisa-Nqakula to receive mortal remains of South African soldier Beon Franklin Coetzee
The Minister of Defence and Military Veterans, Ms Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula will receive the mortal remains of South African soldier Beon Franklin Coetzee, who died after a short illness in the Democratic Republic Congo.
