In line with the 6th administration Khawuleza or the New District Development Model which seeks to improve the coherence and effect of government service delivery and development, Human Settlements, Water and Sanitation Minister, Ms Lindiwe Sisulu, will visit Modimolle on Sunday, 24 November 2019.
The Minister will receive a stakeholder and technical briefing with regards to the government work in the area before visiting a water treatment plant, handing over houses and title deeds.
Minister Sisulu will be accompanied by Deputy Ministers of Human Settlements, Water and Sanitation, Mrs Pam Tshwete and Mr David Mahlobo, MEC for Co-operative Governance, Human Settlements & Traditional Affairs (CoGHSTA) in Limpopo Mr Rodgers Basikopo Makamu, the Executive Mayor of Waterberg District Municipality Cllr Morris Mataboge as well as Cllr Marlien Van Staden, the Mayor of Modimolle.
