The Minister of Transport, Mr Fikile Mbalula will conduct an in-loco inspection and release a Preliminary Report from the Railway Safety Regulator (RSR) following a collision that left scores of commuters injured.
Minister Mbalula will undertake a site visit at the Wolmerton train station and engage with victims following a collision between a Transnet Freight Rail Temping Machine and a new Metrorail train at the Eerste Fabrieke Station.
The collision occurred on Saturday, 01 June 2019 in the evening.
