Minister in the Presidency responsible for Women, Ms. Bathabile Dlamini together with Sibulele Sibaca Foundation and Global Citizen will be giving a word of courage to 1500 high school girls and educating young girls about the role of the Department of Women. Minister will receive written petitions from the young school girls about their needs from government departments.
During the programme the Foundation and Global Citizen will distribute 60 tickets to 60 lucky girls for the Global Citizens Festival that will take place on the 2nd of December 2018 in FNB stadium, Johannesburg.
