MEC Sizakele Nkosi-Malobane engages senior traffic officers on National Road Traffic Law Enforcement Code, 22 Mar 

The Gauteng MEC for Community Safety, MEC Nkosi-Malobane will on Friday, 22nd March 2019 engage with the Road Traffic Management Corporation’s (RTMC) as part of a nation-wide extensive consultations on the National Road Traffic Law Enforcement Code (NRTLEC).

The NRTLEC aims to enhance uniformity, cohesion in relation to strategic areas, conduct and ethical behaviour of the officials within traffic law enforcement authorities and road traffic safety practitioners.

RTMC’s nation-wide consultations happen against the backdrop of the high rate of road fatalities experienced during the Festive season while the Easter holidays are slowly approaching. MEC Nkosi Malobane will lead a strong team of highly trained and experienced provincial and municipal law enforcement officials in this important engagement with RTMC.
