MEC Rosho to table 2019 Appropriation Bill
Following the reconfiguration of provincial departments after the 2019 general elections, the MEC for Finance Motlalepula Rosho will table the 2019 Provincial Appropriation Bill before North West Provincial Legislature. The first Provincial Appropriation Bill under the 6th administration is expected to amongst others respond to the reorganization and reconfiguration of some of provincial departments.
“The reconfiguration of some of the departments would create a capable administration that will be able to implement the National Development Plan and respond to the existing service delivery challenges”, said MEC Rosho
Rosho said the move to reorganise provincial administration is aimed at improving governance and where saving is realized, funds will be redirected to fast track service delivery issues such as provision of water and sanitation as one of the set priorities as announced through State of the Province Address by the North West Premier.
