MEC Basikopo Makamu will host Extension and Advisory Services Conference at Hans Merensky, Ba-Phalaborwa on the 13-14 February 2019.
The conference will deliberate on the effective use of natural resources sustainably and economically while also addressing the need to adapt to new technology in a bid to transfer it to farmers, and increasing their productivity.
MEC will also honour Extension Officers who continue to selflessly serve farmers that continue to make a stride in contributing to food security, job creation and economic participation in the agricultural sector.
