Western Cape Provincial Budget Address 2021
On Tuesday, 16 March 2021, the Western Cape Minister for Finance and Economic Opportunities, David Maynier, will be delivering the 2021 Western Cape Budget Address in the provincial legislature.
When Premier Alan Winde delivered his State of the Province Address in Genadendal last month he called on all of us to stand together and have the courage to get the job done: to beat Covid-19, to create jobs, to build safer communities and to ensure wellbeing in the Western Cape.
Budget 2021 will detail the support package for these priorities so that we can lead from the front, get the job done and deliver hope in the Western Cape.
In addition, Budget 2021 will detail how we will:
fund the Covid-19 vaccine strategy;
mitigate future risk; and
innovate for smarter service delivery in the Western Cape.
