The Inter-Ministerial Committee represented by the Minister of Employment and Labour, the Minister of Home Affairs, the Minister of Transport and the Minister of Police will today meet the trucking industry.
This meeting follows incidents of blockade of national roads by truck drivers protesting the use of foreign national by employers to drive trucks on South African roads and other related issues.
The meeting will see present, Minister Thulas Nxesi, Minister Dr Aaron Motsoaledi, Minister Fikile Mbalula, Minister Bheki Cele and representatives of truck drivers.
