Transport Minister, Fikile Mbalula will further intensify road safety efforts this Tuesday, 15 December when he joins the Mpumalanga Premier and the MEC on a Road Safety Campaign.
Minister Mbalula is this month leading intensified 365-days, “Waya-Waya” national road safety and 2020 Festive Season Arrive Alive campaign.
Among the main pillars of the intensified Road Safety campaign for the Festive Season period are:
- “No drinking and driving”,
- “Always buckling up”,
- “Promotion of daytime driving”,
- “Vehicle roadworthiness”, and
- “Pedestrian visibility”.
