Free State Provincial Government and Cell C WiFi Express Project
The Free State Premier, Honourable Sefora “Sisi” Ntombela, wishes to invite you to the official launch of the Free Public Wifi Programme of the Free State Provincial Government in partnership with Cell C.
The 4th Industrial Revolution challenges us to think wide about creating an environment that is conducive to creating new forms of jobs, especially for young people. Premier Ntombela is happy to announce that the Free State Provincial
Government has entered into a mutually beneficial agreement with Cell C that will see large scale rollout of FREE Public Access Wifi across all of the our municipalities.
