Employment and Labour registers work seekers in Nkomazi Municipality on Employment Services of South Africa database, 17 to 21 May

The Department of Employment and Labour is calling on work seekers in the Nkomazi Municipality to avail themselves for possible work opportunities in the cane cutting farms.

The Department’s Public Employment Services (PES), will be embarking on the labour search to the communities in Sibange and Mgobodzi, Masibekela, Sikhwahlane, Ntunda, Madadeni, Langeloop and Buffelspruit.

During the sessions, PES will register work seekers on Employment Services of South Africa (ESSA) database as well as provide employment counselling.

The objectives of the sessions are to, amongst others:

  • To raise awareness about Public Employment Services and the services that if offers work seekers free of charge
  • To conduct labour search for opportunities that are available, and
  • Provide employment counselling

The sessions are scheduled as follows:
