Digital Skills Masterclass training for small business owners
The Government Communication and Information System in partnership with Digify Africa will host the second masterclass session to empower small business owners with the skills they need to thrive in the digital economy.
The first session equipped entrepreneurs with knowledge they need to navigate Facebook as a tool to grow their businesses. This second session will focus on WhatsApp for Business.
The learning outcomes include the following:
- How to create a catalogue to showcase your products and services
- Ways to integrate WhatsApp into your ads.
- How to craft a messaging strategy.
- Tools to automate, sort and quickly respond to messages.
- Different ways to use WhatsApp for Business to connect with your customers.
