Deputy Minister of Defence and Military Veterans, Mr Thabang Makwetla, will tomorrow, Wednesday, 19 January 2022, embark on a monitoring and oversight visit to Steve Tshwete High School and Douglas Primary School in Keiskamahoek, Eastern Cape.
The Deputy Minister will be joined by the local leadership and various stakeholders within the education sector. During his visit, the Deputy Minister is expected to focus on strengthening the culture of teaching and learning, promoting compliance with Covid-19 protocols in our schools and highlight the issue of safety and security in our schools.
