Where can I find out how to make a will?

A will is a document detailing what should happen with you estate after your death and contains your wishes regarding the distribution of your property and the care of any minor children. All persons of 16 years and over, unless they are at the time of making the will mentally incapable of appreciating the consequence of their action, can make a will. A will should preferably be drawn up by an expert like an attorney or trust company.

You can find more frequently asked questions about wills and the requirements of making a will on the website of the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development.
