MEC Galaletsang Gaolaolwe on importance of voting

Your future is in your hands - MEC Galaletsang Gaolaolwe

As millions of eligible voters across the country prepare to cast their vote on the fourth local government elections tomorrow, MEC for Local Government and Human Settlements Galaletsang Gaolaolwe cast her special vote today at her home village of Matloding, in Ratlou local municipality.

MEC Gaolaolwe appreciated the opportunity and encouraged communities in the province especially young people to do the same.

“Your vote is your right and its only way to bring about changes in your locality. Many of our leaders laid their lives for us to have this right which we must make full use of. We are expecting to see voters of different ages in different voting stations tomorrow. If you don’t vote you lose your power to shape the future. Your future is in your hands” remarked MEC Gaolaolwe.
