On Thursday, 27 October 2016, the Deputy Minister of Communications, Ms Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams will participate in the inaugural South African Communications Forum (SACF) ICT Achievers Awards and hand over the Top ICT Youth Leader Award.
The ICT Achiever Awards are a celebration of stellar champions of the South African ICT sector, a key sector contributing to our GDP growth and national development. The awards seek to highlight and publicise achievements of the entire ICT Industry and are planned to be a prestigious annual event in the ICT sector.
In this respect, top performers in the ICT industry will be awarded in the following categories:

- Top ICT Youth Leader
- Top Woman in ICT
- ICT Accessibility Excellence
- Localisation of ICT
- Honorary Lifetime Achiever
