President Jacob Zuma will today, 11 December 2016, deliver a eulogy at the funeral of the renowned struggle veteran and the recipient of The Order of Mendi for bravery, Mr Riot Mkhwanazi, who passed away on Sunday, 04 December 2016.
Mr Mkhwanazi was bestowed with the National Order for his excellent and vibrant contribution to the liberation of the people of South Africa. In 1963, he and President Zuma were arrested and both served 10 years imprisonment on Robben Island.
