Defence on SANDF members missing at Port St Johns sea

The two members of the South African National Defence Force (SANDF) who went missing at sea in Port St Johns on Saturday, 16 April 2016 have not yet been located and are still declared missing at sea. The search and rescue mission is still active.

The names of the two members missing at sea are as follows:

A.
Staff Sergeant Mcedisi Rudolf Mandyu (48 years old)
Resides in Worcester
Works at SA Army Infantry School in Oudtshoorn

B.
Private Themba Nelson Sithole (27 years old)
Resides in Rustenburg
Works at 1 Para Battalion in Bloemfontein

The search is still on and the family members have been informed and have visited the scene of the incident.
