Dick Johannes Hattingh, a 78-year-old pensioner, was found guilty by Nelspruit Magistrate Court on Wednesday, 5 April 2017 on 12 Counts of Theft.
In November 2015 the accused was employed at Lowveld Hunting Club and he stole R527 000 from the Club.
The sentence was postponed for 5 years on condition that accused pays back the money on monthly instalments of R3 000-00 for five years.
