Police host passing out parades in various provinces for newly trained police officials, 15 Dec

The South African Police Service (SAPS) will be hosting several passing out parades in various provinces for more than 4900 newly trained police officials, who have successfully completed the Basic Police Development Learning Programme.

The parades will take place consecutively on 15 December 2016 at the SAPS Academy Tshwane, SAPS Academy Bisho, Eastern Cape, SAPS Academy Philipi, Western Cape and SAPS Academy, Chatsworth, KwaZulu-Natal.

The Minister of Police, Honourable Nkosinathi Nhleko and the Acting National Police Commissioner Lieutenant General Khomotso Phahlane are expected to attend the parade at SAPS Tshwane Academy where police officials from Gauteng, Free State, Northern Cape, North West, Mpumalanga and Limpopo will pass out.

Members of the media are cordially invited to attend.
