Mineral Resources Minister Mr Mosebenzi Zwane will today, 16 March 2017 deliver a keynote address on South Africa’s Oil and Gas law reform, and plans for future upstream and offshore industry development, at a Congress in Maputo.
The Congress will be attended by government representatives from Mozambique, Tanzania, Kenya, Madagascar, Seychelles, Comoros, South Africa and Namibia to debate on how to improve regulation and expedite cooperation on infrastructure development related to the oil and gas industry between countries in East and Southern Africa.
