The Minister of Rural Development and Land Reform Gugile Nkwinti will host a media briefing at Imbizo Centre in Parliament, Cape Town on Tuesday 28 March 2017. The Minister will unpack the Regulation of Agricultural Land Holdings Bill and Electronic Deeds Registration Systems Bill, both of these bills have been published for public comment.
Minister Nkwinti will also address issues related to land reform in South Africa.
