The Council of Education Ministers (CEM) has met in Pretoria to discuss issues relating to the education sector as well as to take decisions on matters effecting education across the country.
CEM is a meeting made up of all nine provincial MEC’s as well as the Minister and the Deputy Minister.
The Minister of Basic Education, Mrs Angie Motshekga will on Monday (13 March 2017), host a media briefing to provide an update on decisions taken by CEM and matters affecting the sector.
