Easter holidays are upon us, a time for spiritual renewal and reflection. For many, this period represents an opportunity to unwind and spend quality time with family and loved ones.
I would like to wish all staff and patients a Happy Easter. We also wish all those who will be travelling to various destinations – going on holiday, visiting family and loved ones or places of worship – a happy and safe journey. Let me also reassert government’s central message of Arrive Alive, please don’t drink and drive, be alert at all times and ensure to rest along the way.
I would also like to extend a word of gratitude to all the staff members who will be holding down the fort during this time, looking after patients in our hospitals and clinics and Emergency Medical Services personnel, who will be out on the roads providing critical care.
